2016 IGEQ Annual Conference - 9-11 November 2016
Delegates enjoyed an excellent Conference in Ermelo and grateful thanks are due to the Dutch Equestrrian Federataion for their friendship and generous hopitality. A great few days at a lovely facility with many interesting demonstrations. Our global organisation well represented by Australia, Malaysia and South Africa and Europeans appreciate how far these delegates travel to join us and take an active part in our Conference. Everyone attending confirmed how worthwhile it is to meet with delegates from other Federations.
Ulf Wilken, our outstanding Chairman for over a decade and delegate since 1992, retired at this Conference and the Group will now be led by Christoph Hess, supported by Islay Auty as Vice Chairman. IGEQ has developed into an organisation that supports other nations who may be developing their education systems, while taking strong leadership in all aspects of equine learning for national and international benefit.
